Getting Started.

Who is a good candidate for Eagle Teams?

Leaders of all walks of life are excellent candidates for Eagle Teams. We believe that everyone is a leader and that begins with leading yourself. With this in mind, Eagle Teams is able to offer peer groups to a large demographic base and align you with the group that best suits your goals.

I am interested in Eagle Teams. How can I approach my employer to enroll a group?

Please contact us at moriahjarrett@teceagle.com. Our team can discuss your unique needs and work with you on a plan to propose the interest in your leadership development with your organization.

How long am I a member of a peer group?

The duration of an Eagle Teams peer group can span 9-12 months depending on the course you are enrolled in with the option to enroll in additional courses to continue your growth goals.

How are Peer Groups formed?

Eagle Teams allows the opportunity for leaders of all walks of life to experience growth and connection. With the ability to tailor content discussion, this enables Eagle to with with your organization to compile a group of participants with similar interest, goals, alignment, and/or work background. 

What payment options do you take?

We accept credit cards, purchase orders, and other corporate billing options.

 

Group Enrollment.

My organization would like to enroll a group in Eagle Teams. How do I arrange this?

Please contact us at moriahjarrett@teceagle.com with the name of your organization, the name of a point of contact, and their contact information. We will handle the rest!

My organization would like to enroll multiple groups in Eagle Teams. Can I register multiple groups?

Definitely! We are excited to partner with companies who are passionate about supporting their leaders. Please contact us at moriahjarrett@teceagle.com with the name of your employer, POC, and contact information. We will contact them regarding the enrollment process.

Can an organization swap participants currently enrolled?

Participant commitment is vital in order to maintain continuity within each group and to foster a trusted, collaborative & safe space for all members. In the event that a space is made available, Eagle with access the appropriateness to fill that space on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if my Peer Group isn’t the right fit?

In this event, first we ask you to contact your group facilitator to discuss your concerns. If after this discussion you would still like to change groups, please email us at robinbrzezinksi@teceagle.com and Eagle will consult with your organization’s POC.

 

Experience the Content.

How are the Peer Group sessions structured?

You will receive, on a weekly basis, short, powerful resources, delivered straight to your inbox. Each group meets virtually at a pre scheduled time. The agenda will be relevant content, focused conversation with peers, and will be led by a certified Eagle facilitator. 

Depending on the course you are enrolled, the frequency that you may meet can vary. Your schedule can also be adapted to meet your group’s unique goals.

Can I work ahead of the group?

Eagle Teams allows the flexibility to work at your own pace. Our scheduled emails are designed to keep you on track with the group’s current session and to prepare you for your monthly meeting.

 

Group Meetings.

Will there be in-person events?

Eagle Teams is structured as an all virtual/online peer group experience. Currently, we are not offering in-person events for peer groups. If at some point an in-person event is arranged, logistics will be contingent on the availability and consensus of the peer group you are participating in.

What virtual platform are the Peer Groups held on?

We utilize Zoom which is a free and easy to use virtual meeting platform. You can download Zoom at the following link http://zoom.us . Other virtual meeting platforms are compatible for use as needed. 

Who leads the Peer Group meetime time?

Your Eagle Engagement peer group meeting will be led by one of our trained Eagle Certified Facilitators that has been assessed to best align with your group. To learn more about our facilitators, visit Our Facilitators.

How will the recurring meetings be scheduled?

Depending on your organization’s needs, Eagle can coordinate logistics with a selected representative or can coordinate scheduling directly with your individual participants.

What if my meeting is cancelled?

If in the event of circumstances that require your prescheduled meeting to be cancelled or postponed, your facilitator will notify the group and will schedule a makeup session for a later date.

How do I join my monthly group meeting?

Your facilitator will send you a meeting link through a calendar invite. You will also have access to your group meeting through the link in your weekly emails.

To get the most of your peer group meeting time, we ask that participants have the capability to join using their own camera and mic. This will help the collective group and facilitator engagement.

If your group is unable to utilize individual camera and mic, Eagle will coordinate with your organization’s POC to make accommodations for your meeting time.
