The IVXP Way Leadership Program is designed to help you explore these topics and build the knowledge and mindset needed to navigate leadership challenges and make a meaningful impact in both your professional and personal lives.
A new lesson is covered each month, and you'll receive an email the Monday before your session so you know what's coming.
PLEASE NOTE: Along with your leadership content, each lesson includes Self-Assessment Questions to help you reflect on your current leadership practices. Bring any insights, ideas, challenges, or opportunities that come up to your seminar sessions for discussion.
