The Little Profile
Please take a few minutes and complete the personality assessment used in the Make A Difference book, The Little Profile, (even if you have previously taken it). After you take this assessment, take note of your scores. You will receive an email which will give you more information about your personality types.
The Little Profile Personality Assessment
The Little Profile will be used as a point of discussion throughout each Peer Group time. We will be spending more time talking about this assessment when we meet together in our first Eagle Team Engagement Session.
Remember to use your Eagle Teams Digital Notebook to document your personality profile. The names and personalities of your peer group will be emailed to you following your Eagle Engagement week. That information can be held in your Digital Notebook and will be valuable as you continue to get to know your peers.

This week Higher Flight gives you an opportunity to take a deeper dive in to each personality style. Each future session will include optional deeper dives for the content.
